From January 27 to February 29, the brazilians were able to contribute the second and final public consultation phase on the regulation of the Marco Civil's decree. The consultation was organized by the Office of Legislative Affairs of the Ministry of Justice in order to allow the engagement and contribution of civil society, business and academia to the debate on the draft available on the project's portal.
